This is how you eat it – usually in a roll, but I’ve got mine in fresh homemade bread, with cashew cheese and diced onion. It’s something we always have in the fridge as a filling for sandwiches
or tortillas, to have in a big bowl with salad. Spiced to perfection you can have it as mild or as hot as you like. So perfect for lunch boxes!
