Working for resources alone is no longer fulfilling.
We have a responsibility to allow each and every entity, whether an individual or a business, to blossom into its own creativity.
To give its gifts and serve its purpose in the world.
But the organizational structures being used in the business world are outdated, based primarily on what we needed during the industrial revolution.
So we’ve set ourselves up as an experiment to see how organizational structures can change, and prove the viability of contrarian models.
We don’t use conventional pyramidal hierarchy. Our structure looks more like the torus with organic hierarchy forming when needed and dissolving when complete.
We don’t have rigid roles and titles.
We lean into our strengths and ride our inspiration as it comes to us.
We don’t get paid salaries according to status or background.
We use a meritocratic algorithm which pays us according to our participation, providing a more natural flow of resources and an organic feedback loop.
We don’t have standard hours and vacation days. We lean in and out as we feel necessary and our pay adjusts accordingly.
We don’t focus simply on what we produce. We focus on our relationships, always moving toward connection.
Our job is to allow creativity to blossom. To offer our gifts to the world. And to allow others to do the same.
Our gifts accelerate the spread of their gifts which, in turn, help to reveal the gifts in others.
That’s why we do what we do.
And that’s why we love what we do.”
